I had the pleasure of working with Al McGowan in the service department for the second time during this service and he ALWAYS exceeds my expectations. He truly goes above and beyond in what he does and the best part about working with him is that he treats me with respect and equality. He explains everything thoroughly, is compassionate and understanding and helps guide me to the best choices for my vehicle. I will always come back to get my car serviced at Ed Voyles Acura as long as Al is there! For the first time in my life, I do not dread taking my car in because I know it's in capable and trustworthy hands with Al.

everyone was so nice and ready to help. its rare you go to a dealership service department and feel like you are getting honest care,some places trying to pile or pressure you into paying a small fortune on repairs, but Ed Voyles service actually helped me plan and prioritize what needed to get done (with the pandemic hardships i really appreciated that) while getting my car services Ed Voyles service found an alignment error made from another dealership i went to a month prior. Ed Voyles is bit far from me but I will make the trip because of the great service.

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience in a car dealership. I worked directly with Parrish who was great to work with. Friendly, listened to my needs and worked with me to get me a great deal on my new lease. Everyone at the dealership I dealt with was friendly and courteous. I never thought buying a new car would be so easy! I just bought my first brand new car in 15 years and everyone at the dealership was super helpful and professional. The process was completely stress-free and there was no pressure from anyone. Antonio, Lloyd, Allen, and Chi all went above and beyond and were a pleasure to work with. I’m so happy with my purchase and am glad I chose to do business with this dealership instead of the other 3 Acura dealerships I communicated with. I officially finally have my dream car!

My experience at Ed Voyles was absolutely amazing, from the time that I called to inquire about the process of getting the insurance company to submit paperwork to drop off, to Meg calling me to inform me she received the information and that she would set up the rental car pick up, to the smooth drop off process. I was informed of every step via text messages and emails( thanks for trusting my Acura with Ed Voyles , estimate, ready for pick). I got a personal call to let me know that my car was done and a explanation of what repairs were performed. Keep in mind, my car was completed before the original timeline.nFollowed by another text message the next morning, as a courtesy reminder, went to pick up my car and they were just as helpful as my first visit. I dropped the rental car off and Meg assured me that she would have Enterprise pick it up and not to worry. I had an experience that I will forever remember and be grateful for the immense attention to service to ensure my absolute satisfaction. I give Ed Voyles Collision Center 10 stars! Thank you again!
