Had to take a moment to give a shout out to the great service team. I had a service appointment at 7:30a on a Friday, Arrived early and there was already a line of cars waiting. I got nervous, but the amazing team checked everyone in quickly, efficiently and COVID safe. Professional, courteous, knowledgeable and friendly, The team identified an issue, said they needed a part, and sent me on my way with a great loaner. I drove 2 1/2 hours from Birmingham to have my G70 serviced and it was absolutely worth it. Jonathan Watson was extremely helpful and the ease of setting up an appointment was seamless. They ensured I was taken care of, even providing me with a GV80 loaner when I didn't ask for one while my car was being worked on. Highly recommend, will be back!
