I had visited a couple of stores for getting my new car, and Audi Atlanta were the best by far. They were patient in allowing me to test drive all cars that I wanted to, and gave me the time and space to make my decision. They even returned by rental car back to the place where I picked it up from. Truly appreciate the effort from Justin who was with me from start to finish, and Peter and Quintin in helping close this deal out

Terrible, terrible experience with both CPO vehicles purchased from this location. The first purchase was a 2017, CPO, Q5 in October 2019....Fast forward- the CPO Q5 was in service for no AC and ABS malfunction light by December 2019, literally at 90 day marking. After the Q5 arrived for repair at a more reputable Audi Dealership in metro Atlanta, I learned that a true/CPO inspection was not completed properly on the Q5 I purchased and all documents were provided to me fromnThat service dept; therefore, x, y and z would not have failed if CPO had been completed correctly. WOW! Fast forward as I did not see a reason to cause a scene, but I purchased a second car from dealership like a complete fool because again “I thought I had a friend”. This time- 2019, CPO with 16k miles; however, it was missing owners Manuel, both keys provided had low memory and one key stopped working within 29 minutes..still no owners Manuel from salesperson Justin as he insist it is on back order but Audi North Atlanta has made arrangements for me, thank you Audi North Atlanta for providing service to non-clients. I Cannot utilize AC as it smells like a dead body...nMy apologies for purchasing in October when no Ac Is needed and assuming I had a legit examined CPO vehicle, I did not learn until warm weather when I hit AC... smell is unbearable and cannot even be in car. Unreal/ unreal. I promise you- do not purchase from this dealership if you want to be happy. Avoid the Justin salesperson by a mile if possible.. he’ll boast about his wife being a physician and how the manager “gave him this deal”... Terrible. Avoid HimnLike the plague. As for me- I am not new to the game of dealerships taking advantage of clients, so I have started the next process of a complaint. Avoid this place.

I worked with Lennon during my visit to Audi Atlanta. I was interested in a Q5 and he was more than happy to test drive the car with me and point out features I was unaware of. He was super patient and it was a pleasure to work with him! I look forward to working with this location for maintenances and hopefully more purchases to come! So far, everything with the car is as advertised or better and I'm in love with my new car!!
