I really don't post a lot of reviews, but this experience is worth my time and energy. I really enjoyed working with Michael at Jim Ellis Alfa Romeo Maserati in Atlanta. Michael went beyond my expectations, I haven't received this level of customer service in years. (Especially at a dealership) The overall experience at the dealership was exceptional, they EARNED my business...(every connection was positive, even speaking with financing) .Thank you ,Michael for caring and being so professional... Today I picked up our Brand New leased Alfa Romeo Giulia from Jim Ellis of Atlanta. Dealing with Michael Cook was a pleasant experience. Did everything over the phone and emails. Right from the start Michael was extremely forthcoming and honest with the price and the leasing procedures. All the negotiations were finalized before we stepped in to the dealership. He also spent a considerable time explaining and showing different features of the vehicle including setting up some per my preferences. Extremely pleasant experience with the dealership and Michael!! Definitely recommend this Dealership and specially Michael Cook if you are in the market for Alfa Romeo or Maserati....nnThank You very much Michael for all your help......

Somphet the sales lady greeted me at the door with a smile and immediately offered water or coffee and made my experience relaxing. Everyone greeted us with either a smile or hello. I love the atmosphere here.
