I had a great experience with Jim Ellis Volkswagen of Chamblee! Every employee was terrific, patient, and gave me such amazing customer service. I felt taken care of and all my questions were answered. I would recommend them to anyone who is in the search for a new car! Specifically Rebeca, Marco, and Karl were all superb! If I could give them 10 stars I would. Thank you for making my car buying experience wonderful!

2 weeks ago I had the pleasure of working with Jessica Atkins. She is very informative, kind, and helpful. She made sure my first experience purchasing a car went smoothly. Even after purchasing my car, she scheduling detailing and helped we figure out the other car functions. It was a great experience. Thank you Jessica!

Wonderful experience dealing with Jessica Atkins. My car was purchased through my company so Jessica had additional levels of communication to deal with in addition to just helping me find the right car. She was extremely responsive to all parties throughout the process. After the sale was complete, she took extra time with me to ensure I understood all the features/options on the car I had purchased before leaving the lot. Would strongly recommend her as a representative of Jim Ellis Volkswagen/Chamblee when looking for a new vehicle.

Our service rep Jessica Atkins was amazing! She was very thorough detailed when going thru all the steps with my daughter and myself. It was also nice that everything was ready to go when we got there and weren't spending hours wrapping up the paperwork! Customer service from start to finish was great! Highly recommend the dealership and definitely ask for Jessica as your sales rep, she was awesome!

My husband and I were shopping for a new VW. We worked with Myles to narrow down our choices. Myles was very knowledgeable about the brand and he was so nice to work with. We are now looking for a used car for our granddaughter for graduation and will definitely work with Myles. He’s the best car salesman we’ve ever worked with and we’ve worked with many!
