I bought my F-150 from Sandy Springs Jim Ellis. The internet counselor, Farrah Newar, was very helpful, patient, and followed through and stayed with me throughout the process. I really appreciate the dealership, location, service, and overall friendly experience. I got a good deal with me, and their finance department, Rod Talbert, got me in and out in under an hour. Overall, thank y'all. Job well done.
Year after year, I come to this spot to get my VW maintained. The service staff are top notch, the facilities are comfortable for a wait. Leo's been tending to my car's needs for years. He's transparent, professional, and open to explaining what's due or can wait.nnOne of the nicer things is the media waiting room, which has a large screen and reclining seats while waiting for your car. It's a little worse for wear(controls don't work in some spots), but is still a quiet spot to work comfortably.
Dropped my car at our scheduled appointment and was not touched in 15 days and was lied to by the service personnel who stated that it was assigned to a technician a week prior it's to bad that there's only five stars instead of negative stars to review a business. All I can say is good luck getting repairs done.
