Moved to Atlanta and brought my new car up to this dealership that I've never been to before. I was nervous about this whole thing about servicing my car on my own but I had Jeannette to take care of me and she was amazing. She made sure I was fully aware of what was going to be done and how long it may take. Her hospitality was top notch compared to others and I will return to this dealership because I feel like my car and I are in good hands. Thank you for the lasting first impressions

I just bought a 2019 used car with manufacture warranty for my 17 year old son, with all safety futures because that was our major concern as parents. Our small daughter 15 will be in that car too since both will attend the same School.nnThe people were nice. However, any responsible Car Dealer shall place SAFETY first and WORLD TOYOTA did not.nnThey actually lied to us ( myself and my son )nThe car is defective, it has a major safety issue in the wheel.nnI trusted them when they were telling me all was great and that there was no reason, no need, to print the inspection report I had requested twice during the buying process.nnThe same day after bringing the car home ( exited for our son) he showed the car to his mother who noticed a very strange noise innthe wheel. I immediately went outside andnyes she was right.nnWe have World Toyota the opportunity to correct the situation because we thought hey, it could happen. Well wrong again ..... they could not take the car across the street to the Hyundai dealer because it was so hard for them that I decided to go myself today and forget about giving them any more chances.nnSi NO SAFE CARS and NO CUSTOMER SERVICEnnToday Hyundai told me the car had two recalls and they were supposed to have them done by law before selling it and they did not ( and these are in addition to the wheel issue ). They gave me an appointment to bring the car because it would take them some time to have it fix.nnGreat unnecessary ordeal for a family buying an almost new car just because some people did not do their jobs correctly or perhaps it is just the wrong Dealer all together ? I guess we will never know. Shame on them !!!nnWorld Toyota has failed miserably twice !!!!nStay SAFE, go some place else !!!!

Excellent, fast service. Highly recommend. My car wouldn't start and I had it towed there to get looked at. I called them and they were able to fit me in the same day. When the tow delayed and i called to push my scheduled time back, it was easy. They were so professional and polite. Tow truck got there around 4 30 pm and we were in and out out by 6. This place will be my go to for car servicing from now on!

What an awesome car buying experience. My salesman was very attentive and patient. He kept me informed throughout my purchase. He took the time to demonstrate the features of my vehicle, even though it isn’t new.nMy time in the finance was quick and awesome. He offered me a warranty that was very reasonable and covers a lot.nThe dealership is nice and clean and up to date. I will be back for my next vehicle purchase.

World Toyota was the best experience I ever had. Everyone was professional, timely and kept me informed. The environment was clean and very comfortable. My advisor was very thorough and friendly. This is my go to spot for anymore repairs on my Camry. Thanks everyone.
