I love coming to Jim Ellis GMC, I purchased my GMC Yukon XL from there and of course I get all of my maintenance and repairs done there as well. John is the Best! He deserves a raise! His personality is consistent, very friendly and knowledgeable! He explains what is being done to my truck in great detail.nShane! Is extremely professional, he returns my calls immediately always, answers all my questions and is very intelligent!nI HIGHLY recommend Jim Ellis GMC if you want honest custom service!

I had a wonderful experience here from the time I walked in ,to the time I left! They checked temperatures which made me feel much better walking in! I loved Jake the sales guy and Brady the finance managers happy go lucky attitudes! They had wonderful customer service and made me feel very good about spending my money with them! I would absolutely recommend going to them!

I truly appreciate Mr. Kenya. Although, coming to dealerships can be stressful and overwhelming, he did his best to ease the frustration. Unfortunately, I did not care for the individual who we communicated with as it related to my trade in. Nothing about him made us feel as if he actually wanted or appreciated our patronage. However, Mr. Kenya worked to ensure our requests were met. The dealership overall from my view seemed clean and inviting. I am sure I will return here for all of my vehicle needs.

I had been dealing with the Buick dealer closest to me and was ready to make a purchase. I liked the car but felt very underwhelmed by the dealer, to the point that I almost decided on a different car.nnAt the last minute I decided to reach out to a few other dealers. Dwight contacted me, made a fair offer, and very quickly responded to any question I had. The next day I drove a little over 2 hours to Atlanta and bought the car.nnDwight and his crew will take care of you and make you feel like you’re dealing with a friend rather than a car salesman.

Our vehicle transmission was breaking down but we were able to nurse it into Jim Ellis Buick GMC Atlanta. Their service department was exceptionally responsive in trying to troubleshoot the problem. They were friendly, courteous, and professional; treated us like family. Cant ask for any better treatment when you need automotive service. Grateful to John J. and Mike for their willingness to step up and help us out; good, good people.
