I had the best experience at this dealership. I needed to get the front bumper of my Cayman fixed and a few other things. They worked fast and efficiently, all while keeping me updated. I was sent an e-document in which I could approve of any work that would be done. I really liked that. They provided me with an absolutely amazing 2021 Macan as a loaner car while they worked on my car. I felt as though they listened to me and actually cared about my concerns regarding my car. I would highly recommend anyone whose Porsche needs a little loving on to go to Porsche Atlanta Perimeter. They really took care of me.

Work was done correctly and promptly, after they got started that is. I still don't like that I have to bring my vehicle in 3 or 4 days early. I get it, it's better for them but why not just let us make an appt for three days later? I could see bringing it the night before perhaps, but letting it sit for that long irritates me. And the factory dealer is not inexpensive. All in all, though, I trust that it is done right, and Sergei is always nice to deal with.

Jamal and the parts department staff are stellar beyond words!! As a new Porsche owner, I was greeted with a warm welcome and a level of thoroughness that is seldom found in any dealership. Jamal was so incredibly knowledgeable about the products I was interested in, and while they were not in stock, he ordered them, and they arrived exactly when promised. I didn't even have to make a phone call to see if they were ready for pickup. He called me. Rest assured that if he is there to assist, you will be in the best of hands.
