Although I'm not overly fond of Amazon as a whole, this Amazon store has some of their top choices sold online for in-store selection which is fun. This particular occasion I attempted to drop off some online returns to be sent back to Amazon. I believe you normally have to stand in line with regular purchases but the door greeter, possible a supervisor was there to help and got my return completed quickly while answering all my questions about the whole process. The wonderful service she provided would make me happen to return to this location.

Just like Amazon.com but at an actual store. They don't have everything you'd find on the website but they have the most popular items as well as some new stuff you probably wouldn't yet find on the website. Nice staff there too. Check them out if you're in Atlanta at the Perimeter Mall

It’s nice to be in a retail store and see some of the best selling products in person instead of online. This is a pretty cool concept store. There are quite a variety of merchandise such as books, home and kitchen accessories, some computer and laptops, lots of kindle and echo products, and a large section on pet supplies. I’d give it five stars, but Amazon’s policy of not refunding price adjustments took one star away. I purchased an item in store on Friday. Two days later the item went on sale. One would think Amazon would simply refund the difference like Costco. Unfortunately I was told I have to return the item and repurchase it again. Also, make sure to check for the same item on Amazon. The item I purchased had a coupon on Amazon’s website that would’ve saved more but it was not offered in the store.nnOne interesting thought - I ran across some of the same items in different sections - as if I was scrolling down on Amazon website and seeing the same item over and over again...

My first time making a purchase from here this weekend. I was not familiar with the payment process and the customer service rep was more focused on pushing the Audible promotion than making sure that I was able to finalize my transaction correctly with me being a first-timer in the store. Also, if something is purchased accidentally or if payment is made on the wrong card associated with the Amazon account, you have to wait an hour in order for it to be rectified. I thought that was a bit inconvenient, but worth mentioning in case that happens to anyone else. Probably will just continue making purchases via the App instead of the store and only use the store to return items if need-be.
