Absolutely awesome first experience here. The staff is so kind and caring and friendly. They went above and beyond their duties here when my son needed a band aide they stopped and went and got the first aide kit. The kids corner is perfect for those who need to bring the littles with them and it’s clean clean clean. Thank you so very much to the 3 woman whom my family and I met they are wonderful staff and a true asset to this establishment.
Very clean up to date laundry
Lounge closed. Touchy change slots. Only 5 minutes per quarter on the dryers. Honestly have never had to pay for the dryers before where I was living before 9 moved back to the Cape.
Any one going here ignorantly will always be surprised at the wonderful people that work here
Cons: Only one jumbo washer $9.75 plus $2.50 for heavy wash cycle. Same washer in Dennisport (60lb)is $7.50 and they have six. The washer only takes credit card and the reader is always broken. Strange green slime on all the washer doors. Water level far too low during wash and rinse. Heavily soiled items will not come clean. Pros: Never busy...(most folks go to Dennisport or Orleans). Has coin dispenser.
