Highly recommend! Went in today with my girlfriend, and it was such a pleasant experience. The associate/one of the owners, John, was SO nice and helpful. He was talking with us about his family and ours. So many kind words and simple made our visit memorable! He gave us very fair pricing and excellent service overall.

Stay away!! Horrible! After six months of following up I finally received my grandmother’s clock back they said they could fix. They wrecked it. A family heirloom as she received this clock as a wedding present. They moved it from electric to battery without my permission. They didn’t give me back the removed parts so I could go to a respectable honest clock expert to fix it properly.

I was nearly complete in assembling a silver rope chain with multiple charms for my daughter's 16th birthday when the salesman grew impatient and said he was closing and I must leave. The posted closing hour was 4:30 & it was 4:00. As I explained my predicament he said he did not care and that I must leave now. I left with nothing and would not recommend this Jeweler to anyone!!

I was in there with a friend and he was buying a nice gift for his daughters 16th birthday. We asked to get a charm out of a case to put on a necklace and he got angry and told us he was closing and we must leave. Funny that the store doesn't close till 430. What a shmuck. I wouldnt recommend anyone going there.

I would recommend this store to anyone , the staff was not pushy and the merchandise was top-notch . . .
