I love to support locally owned businesses. I took a chance when I saw you could refill your own candle and the fact that they were of better quality soy than traditional candles. I ordered the farmhouse 3 wick bowl and 2 refills. Originally I was not aware the bowls were on back order. My order took about 14 days to ship. I contacted the company after a week and they responded within an hour informing me of the delay. With that being said, I am in LOVE with these candles and the bowl. They smell 100x better than bath and body candles. I highly recommend! Smells purchased: Cali Cacti, Melton Lava, Southern Porch. Best money I have spent in a long time.

I absolutely love these candles. The hard work that all of the candle fairies put into creating such a wonderful product is amazing. Laura works 24/7 and is such a sweet person. Absolutely 10/10 reccomend! ud83dudda4

I ordered candles on August 18th and have yet to receive them. In September, I emailed and was advised they were slow due to shipping issues with Covid. That’s totally understandable. The email said they hoped to be back on schedule in October (3-5 days shipping). I emailed a couple weeks ago again, with no response. It’s now 11/20 and I have received no further communication. Candles are paid for, and I still want them. I like the candles a lot, but this is getting ridiculous.

I placed an order 2 months ago and never got the order. I was aware there was a delay in processing which I was ok with. After 6 weeks, I sent an email asking for an update and was told it would ship in 1 week. 2 weeks later, still no shipment. I responded to my same email asking for an update. Didn't hear back so I asked on a FB post. MANY other comments on this post about delays in shipment, etc. I asked the same thing others were asking and no, I was not rude. Then, as of today, instead of an update to my order, I got a refund request and was blocked from posting on FB. Will not do business again. If you are behind or can't fulfill the order, then just say that! don't act like its my fault and block me! Oh and she also deleted all the other FB posts about the same problem. Do not recommend.
