We have taken trips (cruises plus international trips) via Trudie Travel. Trudie took great care of us and helped us file a trip insurance claim when our trip to Italy was cut short by the death of a family member. Having a good travel agent on your side when a claim happens and you need an advocate is a huge plus!
Trudie is amazing to work with. She is very open to listen to your travel wishes and helps make your dream vacation possible. She got us a price lower than we could find and with better accommodations.nWe have used her for a few family/ couples only vacations, and she gained our trust with a trip to Mexico. We booked a resort that previously had good reviews. However when we went it was horrible (food was inedible, property was falling apart) we contacted her and she was able to help us get our money back from the horrible place, and move into a new resort that had what we expected. I will forever use her as my travel agent.
Trudie cares for her clients and works hard to deliver the product best suited to their needs.
