This location is actually further from my home than the free-standing CVS store down the street. I make a point to go to the location in Target because the staff is ALWAYS helpful and pleasant. (My insurance changed recently and the price of my prescription jumped - they noticed before I did and called the insurance company to straighten it out.) It was fixed before I even knew there was a problem! Keep up the great work!

A single prescription pickup took more than 20 mins. Firstly, they could not find my insurance reference. When they found it, they said the price label was wrong. Then they said I am getting 30 tabs instead of 100 which I usually get. They fixed that.nFinally, I did not get 5% discount for using Target RED card. I asked the lady at pharmacy. She just said no without any explanation. If you do not give the discount why do you show 5% discount all day long on the pharmacy counter display. That's just wrong and misleading. I changed from my regular pharmacy to location for this in the first place.
