I just talk to pharmacy tech on the phone to request to transfer my meds from another pharmacy, and she said it takes 48 hours to get it done and it's their policy. Lol I'm a pharmacist also know many pharmacist work at Kroger. I never heard of that policy and sick of people lying and being so UN-professional. This pharmacy dept. was just horridness! We went here to get my BF asthma medicine and we needed help to find the right inhaler. They said his order was ready, but when we got there, they said they forgot to fill it and this is not the first time. There was a lady, who we think was Diana or Diane (due to other reviews) who was telling us to leave because we're holding up the line as my BF was having an asthma attack! Your job is to help those in needs with meds! Lives matter! This place may be convenient for us, but wow, rather drive further to get better help. Next time, treat people in need better, bless your heart!

Around 2 months ago I went to this pharmacy and the lady there told me my insurance didn’t work and I had to pay full price for my medication.nnI went to another Kroger pharmacy and they let me know that my insurance didn’t work with the pharmacy but they called up my insurance and got the information they needed for my insurance to work with this pharmacy again. Go to another location for more help is my advice to anyone out there!!

Had an excellent experience with Darren, he is the backbone of this pharmacy. This was my first time using Kroger Pharmacy and I was so happy, he went out of his way to help me and make sure I had the best price for my prescription. I really appreciated his help.

I’ve been going to this pharmacy for a while out of convenience but Diane is always so rude. I’ve made the decision to switch pharmacies because I would rather go out of my way than be continuously mistreated.
