Pestban in Woodstock, Georgia, installed the pest and termite units when our house was built ten years ago. We have used their pest and termite services ever since and are EXTREMELY HAPPY WITH THEIR EXCELLENT SERVICE. Our technician Steve did our pest service this week and also upgraded our termite system with the latest technology (free of charge). Like every Pestban technician, he was PROFESSIONAL, EFFICIENT, HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY. We'd like to give him TEN STARS because we feel confident in him and in Pestban that our home is being protected. We have never had any issues with pests or termites, and we HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS GREAT COMPANY.

Every single person I’ve talked to at pestban has been exceptional. They are kind and helpful. They don’t make you wait weeks for appointments and the technicians are incredibly knowledgeable. When I have to call between my quarterly visits for a follow up they are professional and get the job done. I highly recommend them.

I have service with them for more than 2 years, 12.04.20 our service man got a student with him and the service was 1st time done 5 star. I wish they will do with a same effort and quality. Pestban, if you guys read this take an action, provide same good quality service each time you arrive, not once in a year..

We purchased a new home that came with their services. They just showed up today without any warning and trespassed on our property without even letting us answer the door. They never bothered to call before showing up. The tech that came out was rude. My husband called the company to complain and the sales manager was extremely argumentative about how it was the builder's responsibility to call the owner, even going as far as making it seem like the builder IS the owner instead of us. Our house was completed in November, this service should have been completed before mid Jan! Ridiculous attitude for a company! I spoke to my builder and was told they have no control over when this company comes out. Notify people before you show up unannounced!!!!!!!

Called for a quote on an inspection and was told that they cannot offer a quote unless I'm an existing customer and they are only interested in current customers with their pestban system. I guess they dont want any new customers? Lol strangennEdit: in response to owners comment, I did not call about termites. If you have enough customers and cant handle any new accounts, maybe that's a sign you need to expand your business?
