I am concerned about the amount of staff working here. It seems that there is a different teacher in the classroom every day. The staff here does not appear to have a long shelf-life. Not sure if it's rotten luck or due to managerial circumstances. Thankfully, my child is not in the infant rooms. Those teachers always have WAY more kids than I would think should be allowed, and probably more than they are paid for. Bless their hearts. This center was fine earlier this fall but lately has become over crowded with children, and lacking staff. Let's focus on the children we have and not the $$$ we see from new parents.

Sonshine Learning Center is a good, wholesome place to work for and to entrust your children in their care. This preschool administers a positive team work environment centered around Christian values. I worked there for 7 months; I recently took another position elsewhere. Sonshine is going through a change in ownership, the present owner is in the process of handing over the reins to her daughter in-law Mrs. Nycole. The staff there are some of the most caring and wholesome teachers you could ask for to watch and instruct your children. Their culture is based on the 4 keys to success (Safety, Courtesy, Efficiency, and Show). I wish the entire organization nothing but the best and I will miss the #SonShineSquad.

Our family relocated to the Savannah area in April. My daughter had attended the same day care in New Orleans for 2.5 years and had anxiety about attending a new day care. The staff at Sonshine Learning Center was so warm and welcoming to her and made her feel right at home. Our drive home every day is filled with great reports from her day at school. She was very happy to join the graduation ceremony and the summer camp program is filled with lots of activities and fun to keep her stimulated. We are grateful for Ms. Kilburn, Ms. Meg, Ms. Amber, Ms. Candace, Ms. Arlene and everybody else that helped our daughter adjust so well to her new life. Our daughter has received nothing but great care from them.

Been taking my son here since he was 6 weeks. Glad I chose the place. He is almost 9 months now, he loves it and everyone loves him. I can drop by, and have, anytime to check on him. Even after my son's shots the Director said to just take him into daycare, they'll watch him and let me know if they need me. The teachers also work with the kids developmentally to help them with things like crawling, sitting up and holding their own bottle. Thanks Team Sonshine.
