Really horrible experience. Staff is lazy at best. When I asked about pricing, they said not to worry and I was left with thousands of dollars in bills to repay even though they were never transparent with their pricing. This has turned me off from physical therapists because of their deceptive practices.

Great staff and wonderful experience. Never had any bad service and I'm not sure if one of the below reviewers visited during lunch time or not, but I never smelled anything bad. lol.

Front desk lady demanded I hand her $40 before handing me paperwork or asking for my insurance information. I’m a QMB patient, I don’t have copays. Left and won’t go back because of how rude the lady at the front desk was. Tried to tell their management, but the front desk lady wouldn’t give me a managers information. The insurance company was flabbergasted. Let my leg guy know too not to send patients their way. Place reeked of pizza and coffee, kind of gross to do PT in those smells.
