I've been to the Georgetown Pharmacy on 3 different occasions in the past few weeks. Beth and Susan have been extremely helpful assisting me with my prescriptions and taking the time to help explain the side effects for the new drugs. Very pleased with the new management so far. Keep it up!

Georgetown Drug Company offers quick service and treats you like you're part of their family. They've also taken many precautions regarding COVID-19, and I don't feel like I'm risking being exposed when I pick up my prescriptions. For those of you who are high-risk, they also offer a delivery service. The new owner truly values the opinions of his patients and is willing to bend over backwards for you. 100% recommend filling your prescriptions here!!

Amazing customer service. Switch to this pharmacy only a few months ago and I’m already greeted by name when I drive through. Exceptional commitment to making getting the medications that I need to me quickly, accurately, and at the lowest cost. They’ve worked with my insurance agency and doctors to help find a plan that works well for all parties involved.

After my experience with Georgetown Drug Company, I can confidently say that Neal and the staff have done everything to ensure that the safety of the patient is put first! Whether a routine refill or new prescription, the staff makes certain that each of the patient's questions are answered fully and given undivided attention. I received a call from Neal Hollis, the new Pharmacist and owner of Georgetown Drug Company. He assured me that it was their policy for all employees to wear masks per current CDC recommendations and local requirements, and addressed this with his staff. He also explained the automated system for the pharmacy's computer software to request prescription renewals of Primary Care Physicians for patients when one has expired. I indicated that a call to the customer/patient prior to contacting their PCP would be in order as was previously the practice. Neal said that an adjustment to the notification procedures could be made. I appreciate Neal's follow-up and willingness to respond to my concerns.
