My recent experience with Jared (Savannah) was EXCEPTIONAL!! Barbara was professional, knowledgeable, personable and went the extra mile to find exactly what I was looking for. She kept in touch with me to make sure she found just the perfect stone. Tomo was great as well. The ladies of this Jared know their stuff and truly work very hard to make sure your jewelry purchasing experience is a good one. Just can't say enough great things about them!
Called for same day service on resizing my ring. The quality, service and care provided by them was outstanding. Resized from a 7 to a 6 and the fit is amazingly comfortable and won't worry about it falling off.n*ring was not purchased here* but I will be purchasing a band there at Jared's
Walked in an no one greeted me or spiked to me for 15 minutes, even after they finished with clients. Just went by the register and got on their phones. Even made eye contact with three of them. I eventually had to walk over and state I was here. When they guy after me came someone finally greeted him so I don’t see why I didn’t get the same welcome. Next time I’ll just get my order shipped somewhere else. I guess I didn’t look like someone who was a customer.
Natrellia Smith was a great salesperson. She was patient and kind and made sure I got want I wanted. My family was happy to receive their jewelry this Christmas
