We brought my wedding set in STRICTLY to be soldered together. That was LITERALLY thee ONLY reason we brought it in. We were called 2 weeks later (a week earlier than expected) to pick the ring up and when we did, it had not been soldered. At that point, a Definite RUSH should have been initiated to Rectify THEIR MISTAKE. I was notified today (the ORIGINAL PICK UP DATE) and 1 week after they tried to return the ring Unsoldered... that my ring was Just Received yesterday and it will be at least another week before we can pick it up. It's Unacceptable. I will Never do business with them and when I Upgrade it will Definitely be with a More Reputable Jeweler. This review is also on yelp so removing it won't help.
