I was going in to look for something to buy for Mother’s Day and I was told that I could not walk around and browse. If I wanted something particular she could bring it out to me? Or I could look at the book and then she could get it. There used to be a sign where they only let a certain amount of people in but that sign was gone and there were 3 family’s looking all over the store. I left the store and other people walked in after I left and are allowed to browse and look around.

I came into this Pandora to purchase my sister a charm for her bracelet. I must add also that this was my first and last visit to a Pandora store. I have not been to a Pandora store before so I was respectfully and responsibly looking for a charm with my mask on and keeping my distance from the display cases. I was asked if I needed help InSaid I had not been there before I was looking. That is when I was told that due to covid I was not able to browse the store. I did not know what I wanted because I had never been in before and I left with no argument if this was the policy then i did not want to be disrespectful. There are three things that bother me about this 1. I looked at the policy online when I left and did not find anything that says I can not browse before purchasing. 2. The couple that was in there was all over the display case and touching everything not respecting anyone around them. 3. How am I to tell someone what I would like to see or buy if I can not look.

My experience compared to other Pandora locations was very good. I was able to browse the store without a commitment to buy something in order to look around. It was busy so I had to wait a while to be helped but it was understandable. I ended up making 2 random purchases because I was actually able to look around as other Pandora locations ask if you're going to make a guaranteed purchase before you can even shop. Service by the associate was good as well, she was very pleasant and knowledgable.
