Absolutely beautiful jewelry at a great price!!! Lovely staff and very sanitary and professional when piercing. Thank God the store is opened and under new management.

Took the kids to get their ears pierced. It was fast, easy, and painless (they said it didn't really hurt). The consultant explained everything clearly and seemed knowledgeable. Overall a nice experience for the kids and seemed a better price and quality than Claire's. (We compared)

Purchased a gold 18 inch chain on August 18 with warranty. Came back November 30 to replace the chain because it popped. Noticed the chain I received was 2 in shorter than what I turned in. Was told that the chain stretched due to wear and tear including “sleeping in it” (reps words). Bad quality necklace to be thinning out and stretching 2 inches over 3 months.
