I came in with my mom a couple of days ago. We were looking for some paint to do some interior touch ups. We were overwhelmed with the amazing variety of colors and types (a good thing by the way ud83dude42). The associate Antwan was a superhero. He gave us options, inquired types, and gave professional input. He definitely made this a top level experience.
Went in to get another couple of gallons of paint to finish our kitchen and dining room. When I arrived there were two other people waiting in line ahead of me. I was concerned to find that there was only one employee working. But I was delighted to discover the gentleman behind the counter was knowledgable and efficient, and got to me sooner than expected. I've purchased from this Sherwin-Williams location a several times and have always found the staff courteous and well-informed. I'm sure I will visit this location again.
Everyone was very helpful and there are tons of color options here! I got plenty of assistance from the people at the front counter and a card from a painter that was there.
Had a great experience with an associate today. He was very thorough and informative in his explanation. He did his best to resolve my issue. I would go here again before going to Lowe’s for my painting needs.
