One morning I had to go to work I had locked my keys inside the car from the previous night. I called AAA and they were able to get my keys out the car. If I didn’t have them I would have to pay 250$ out the pocket. Thank god for AAA!!!

I have had nothing but headaches since me and my family join AAA to be out agent. Your forced to by a membership then it’s a 30 minute wait if you call the 800 number since my agent quit I was handed to another and I don’t know if AAA is short handed but I don’t get call back after leaving multiple messages. I paid $1,5000 in a week because my rate double with on insurance company with an auto renewal of $730.00 so I swapped and paid another down payment of $800.00 but still have not got the prorated money back for the $730.00 that I kelp a week. My son was quoted a pay all up front for a Year and come to find out that his policy was canceled with in 4 months because AAA did not send documentation to the insurance company on top of that the Year policy turned out to be only 6 months. We renewed his insurance and we did NOT use AAA as an agent this time. I will be calling to also bypass AAA and either directly use a insurance computer or go thru a different agency. Paying $80 fro me to be a member and all my kids and in law having to pay $40 to pay a agent to ignore or plain out screw your insurance up is ridiculous. I know Covid-19 has caused delays but if I don’t pay my monthly payment I will lose my insurance no matter if Covid so AAA needs to do there job just as responsible as I am supposed to pay my monthly Premium
