Alissa was great. She showed me the unit and helped me figure out what size would be best for me. I will recommend this place in the future specifically because of her. She was willing to go above and beyond to help me out, and I will remember that.
I was looking for a storage unit and went to Simply (because I rented there last year) but was horrified by the prices. The woman at the counter was very nice and helpful, that’s why I’m giving 3 stars. I know Simply is corporate owned and I believe they are taking advantage of the pandemic by gouging their prices. The problem is that all the other storage places nearby are full, so Simply raised their prices to a ridiculous level. The unit I had last year was $110 and the same unit now is $220, the young lady at the counter told me as such. Many people are out of work and struggling. My sister in law currently has a unit and this month got a large price increase of over $60. Shame on this company for taking advantage of their customers, old & new.
Bob and Alissa are great always willing to answer questions and go above and beyond in the name of customer service .

It is a Clean and organized storage facility. Friendly and helpful staff. I highly recommend it!
