Absolutely fabulous customer service!

Was advertised $40 per month with second month free. They charged $80 at first month. I was late paying the rent, and they locked me out without a courtesy call. I was locked out for two weeks, and when I paid the rent + $20 late fee, I said I don't think I should have to pay for the time that they locked me out. They said no it's in the contract.nI immediately moved out of the unit, and the next day they called trying to collect rent for another month.nI occupied the unit from September 15 to December 17, 91 days, and paid $140; that works out to be three months at $40 per month plus $20 for the late fee.nnThere was no free second month.nnI would never do business with these people again. I strongly recommend storing your stuff somewhere else.
