The lady working there today was very helpful and very nice to all those who were waiting in line. Clean facility.
I never knew this post office was here. I went on a Saturday but it was closed. But I will go during the week now that i know where it is.
I came here only several times and the experience was good except the last time when I spoke to Valerie. She could be either extremely nice to you or extremely terrible depend on her mood of the day. I was having a back pain at the time, my wife helped me carry the package in and left, after i waited in line and spoke to Valerie, explained to her my situation and ask if she can help me get the package up to counter, she suddenly turned nasty said that I want to get her back hurt, after i explained to her that the package is only around 10lb, my wife could carry in by herself, then she started talking like im lyin to her that im too young to have back pain, and go on and on. Finally the asian lady came out (Mai as i remember) and help me out. A lot of people in service business think that because they dont get tip, they dont need to be nice to people, but what they dont realize is that even with the tip, other jobs still get paid much lower than they are.
Bad customer service.
