Very slow always short staffed
This is my go-to post office in Macon. The ladies there are always so kind, friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to make sure that I have the right envelopes and boxes so I'm not spending extra money when I don't need to. I've never had employees at any other post offices help me to this extent before. Thanks for the great service!
I haven't been getting my mail but other people mail I get and I have had many things sent to my po box . The black guy that works there is always rude and doesn't want to do his job. Also these postal workers will not answer the phone and will hang up on you. They truly need some new hires that does want to work there and do the services they provide. What kills me about this is they are predominantly black and make black people look as though we don't like to work.
