My wife and I have consistently experienced problems with the Kroger Pharmacy on Tom Hill Sr. Blvd. Problems have included (but are not limited to) wrong number of pills in a two-a-day prescription, arguing about accuracy of said pill count, not sending refill requests to doctors when requested, and discarding scripts when they've come in from doctor. The problems I have listed have not just been one time scenarios; rather, each of these problems have happened multiple times. After much frustration, my wife and I have decided to use a different pharmacy.

Pharmacist went above & beyond to fill medicine for my friend who forgot her meds. We were traveling from Florida to Missouri & she had forgot all her meds. He took time on phone with insurance company & got everything filled for her. He deserves an award!!!

The woman there not ONLY helped me coordinate with my insurance, but she saved me $48 by searching and applying discount codes until something worked with my insurance! Amazing service!
