Early shopping, Pharmacy open at 8 am for Covid vacine. No one here for vacine but cannot pick up prescriptions and I saw them put drawers in registers. This makes NO sense at all. If no one is there for Vacine why can't we pick up ,?

The absolute worst customer service at their pharmacy!! Horrible. If I could give zero stars I definitely would.

So I called the pharmacy to get my sons medicine filled that the doctor called in. They told me they would have to order it and it would be there the next day. So I called the next day and asked was it ready they said yes it would be ready to pick up..so I drive across town to get his meds in the drive thru. So the lady tells me they havent ordered it yet and wont be there untill the next day. So I informed her that they told me it would be ready. She says well I'm just going by what the computer says. Worst customer service and gave me the runaround about his meds

Agree with the previous poster that Kroger's is generally a viable alternative to Walmart and Publix, except for their pharmaceutical services, which need lots of work. I also tried getting a prescription transferred (from Walgreen's) and encountered the most unprofessional conduct I have come across in my dealings with pharmacies to date. Put the request in by phone on a Thursday and showed up when they opened that Sunday thinking everything would be ready, but was told I had to wait 15 to 20 minutes while they entered my insurance information, even though the prescription itself was actually ready somehow (evidently, they lack the capability to transfer a patient's insurance information along with the prescription itself, as the more well established pharmacies will typically do). Then it turned out that they somehow got my first and last name completely wrong (kept blaming it on Walgreen's, which had everything listed correctly), even though they got the medicines, dosages & prescribing doctor correct, requiring another 15 to 20 minute delay (after which my last name was still wrong). Shortly after I got home with the medicines, I received the call from Kroger's indicating that my prescription was ready for pickup.
