Finally getting used to the rearranging of the store that was done awhile back, but after years of knowing where the stuff I need was located, it took a while to get things mapped out. Check out was pretty busy but nothing intolerable. Only one item that I was looking for was sold out or not restocked, only an empty spot on the cooler shelf, but I was able to find a comparable item nearby. Talked to a few nice customers while I was shopping.
We love shopping at Sam's club. Such a great selection and we love the sushi. The only down side is we spend way too much because we want some of everything they offer !!
I placed my order of 9 items Friday at 4pm for a pick up on Saturday between 3pm-4pm. I got here to pick it up at 3:23pm. It wasn't ready. I went inside. They had to page someone to come to the pick up area who said it wasn't even started yet, and I could just go get it myself. Of course I have already paid for it. What a nightmare. Avoid Macon like the plague.
I love this place! Great variety of all typed of items. From food to bedding to alcohol, they have it all. The prices for what you are purchasing are fantastic! They sell in bulks. Go by, you won't be disappointed!
Waited about an hour for my pickup and literally had to go in and get my order. What’s the point of having pick up services if your lazy workers are going to pick and chose when they feel like bringing out the carts? I was a few minutes late getting here and know for sure they did this on purpose. No explanation as to why no one brought it out. Very nonchalant when I went in to get my cart. No care and no apologies. Trashy employees and trashy customer service.
