Tony and the Old South Team are an amazing group of individuals. Their customer service deserves far more than 5 stars. Old South is, hands down, the best Pawn Shop. I would recommend them to any of my family and friends. Thank you to Old South for their fantastic service and selection. My husband is sure to enjoy his new chainsaw for years to come. Great job!!

Great customer service. Fair prices and very knowledgeable and helpful staff. You don’t always need to buy new. Old south has tools that can accomplish the toughest jobs without a high price tag.

This place is amazing! With covid and being unemployed, life has been tough. On top of everything- the starter on my car broke and I needed tools to replace it myself because I couldn’t afford a tow or a mechanic.nThey have bins here overflowing with spare sockets and wrenches and hand tools at $2/pound!!!!!nIt took some digging, but I got everything I needed and then some! Picked up some sawzall blades and drill bits and tin snips and roofing nails and so much more- on top of all the ratchet reducers and swivels and screwdrivers and plumbers tape and nail sets and omg at only $15!!!!nThis is the absolute best pawn shop I have ever seen in Macon. Tons of tools and they even had some high quality emerald jewelry in their case (I used to be a gem dealer) if anyone is looking to buy their lady an anniversary gift!nI don’t see myself ever going to another pawn shop in Macon ever again!nFor 2 days in a row, I walk out feeling they saved my life with their prices and their heartfelt attentive staff!nPlease please check out this store before ever hitting up a hardware store again!nIt’s like stumbling across a hidden gem!

This store has amazing customer service, they were very polite and went above and beyond on a transaction exchange for us. They also worked quickly to assist us! Tony was very nice!
