I really don't know how it works because my beloved best friend was hospitalized so I did not get a chance to see her BUT BUT BUT someone could have come to the phone and said she not coming to the phone but that's all we can tell you. Contact the family for more info.

Worst place I have sent my husband to. They didn't call me when something went wrong even after I told them not to call my daughter first. Hard time trying to reach someone especially on weekends. My husband went there with no sores or skin tears on him and within 24 days he has 2 on his left foot, one on his right foot ,one on his right but cheek. When I picked him up on thr24th of August 2020 I asked the nurse what was going on with his feet she couldn't or wouldn't tell me just stood there and looked. When I got him home he was sitting on his seatbelt not just the seatbelt but the cover that goes over the the seatbelt on the side of the wheelchair. He smelled awful, but the worst thing was when I got him home and laid him down, I was shocked hurt and angery. I called them. And someone told that the DON would call me tomorrow. This place don't deserve 1 star. So I hope someone from Pruitt Health in Macon Ga on Anthony road reads this. I feel sorry for any residents that are in that place. You should take pride in taking care of your patients. I did when I was working I worked over 20 something years. And matter how many patients I had how hard and difficult a patient was I did the best I could and when I was done at the end of day I knew that I had done a great job.

Unless you want your family members to die do nit trust these evil people with the lives of your loved one. They will neglect and not irder equipment. They won't answer phone calls and are abouy the worst set of human Bri gs ive ever came into contact with. Please do not not leave your family members at this place
