I’ve been here twice and both times I’m in and out within 20 minutes or less. The ladies I’ve dealt with are pleasant, professional, and fast.nBut my all time reason for the 5 stars is the security guard there. He’s nice, he makes you feel welcomed there, he’s helpful. He talks to people. He’s respectful and I can’t see anyone disrespecting him because he comes off to you so cool and down to earth.nMy car was smoking and he even looked at my engine to make sure I’d be all set before taking off. More of a service than I expected there. He cares for everyone walking through that door. What a guy! But this is the best Social Security office by far. Clean, quiet, fast, and the people are nice and helpful.
Not a long wait the longest I’ve ever waited is 10 minutes. Very friendly staff they take there time to work with you on your needs and make sure all your questions are answered and make sure you understand about your questions. I recommend the Falmouth office very much .
Very helpful person answered questions about my mother's SS benefits following the death of her husband. It took several tries to get through and probably a 5 minutes waiting but very happy with her attention to the situation and thoughtful answers I received. Thank you very much!
