This is unbelievable you try and call the number to speak to someone and the prompts do not work I guess they do this so they can issue warrants and lock more people up.nnBe warned if you get a fine and you live out of state you’re screwed.nnI cannot get anyone on the phone

Honestly the most friendly staff I have ever seen within the confines of a government building. I was just popping in to deal with a speeding ticket and the whole process only took 10mins. I am shocked to see that the highest review so far is 1 star... they were awesome.

Their website and phone services are awful. The phone gives you a recursive loop (listing a number to call to pay tickets over the phone, which is in fact the number that is already dialed), and their website has a payment system that is not active. This should make it impossible to take care of anything.nnHowever, I managed to get a hold of someone who could help -- Brittany Woolfolk, the Assistant Solicitor-General, was an excellent help and got everything resolved for me as soon as I mailed her the paperwork after she provided the proper address. I cannot thank her enough for the thorough and timely manner in which she addressed my frustration with the rest of the Macon-Bibb system.

We just passing through the town and saw this pretty building with the torch. Haven't seen it anywhere else before.

I have been trying to reach the court to pay for my traffic ticket and no response! Their online payment doesn't work and when you call their phone ticket payment number, it just says its currently unavailable.. How are you suppose to pay for your ticket?? On top of that the customer service rep wont answer the phone. I have been calling all day trying to find out how I can pay for this ticket. You can't pay for your ticket and there is no one to help you.. I live 3 hours from Macon and cannot just drive to the court myself to get this answered.. what kind of court is this? ridiculous.
