Traveling through and decided to stop at this car wash. Brand new van with 750 miles on it and this is the first wash as the van is less than a week old. This wash scuffed and scratched the side of my van's paint and left it dirty. If you want to ruin your paint go here. The guys working were great and super friendly. The car wash itself is terrible. Considering it is $20 to tear up your vehicle. Update 03/06/2021 still haven't heard from washcare about what it done to my brand new van. It seems they just put this on here to save face and sound like they are going to do something. They will not. If they would clean and maintain the wash. This would not happen. Guess I will be taking further action at this point. This wash will destroy your vehicle.
I used this place for about a year it has really went downhill. The people are rude, the machine only tire shines half of the tire. So they look stupid, and they don't have any towels or Windex. The parking lot is extremely oily. They are closed half the time when I go. Last I canceled my contract and I am currently still being charged!
Doesn't clean car very well for $10. Cherry Blossom car wash is a lot better.
Simple pricing structure. 3 prices. 3 washes. They are also extremely polite.
It’s pretty sad when a company posts their hours of operation and cuts off people 10 minutes before closing. As if that wasn’t bad enough, when you tell them that posting hours means you close at the posted time and they reply too bad we have to close early so we can count the money and clean up. Wow.nnThis is one of the many problems with today’s youth. No work ethic or pride in their work. Like when the vacuum line’s not clean so suction is week. No wonder they are appearing to be going out of business.
