Hannoush saw a lot of us during our engagement! I bought my fiance a watch from them, and Glenn traded in his old jewelry to buy me sapphire and diamond earrings and necklace that looked perfect with my wedding gown. Hannoush also added sizing beads to our wedding bands and engagement ring, so now my big huge diamond doesn’t flop around my finger. Sam and company were so very pleasant and competent, and I am so glad they are close by!

I have been a customer at Hannoush Jewelers previously but today was treated so poorly I left shocked, disappointed and likely not returning. I have had far better customer service at Walmart. I patiently waited for over 30 minutes to be helped as I watched other customers enter the store after me and be helped before me. The manager didn’t have the decency to come out of his office to even communicate with me. I believe every customer should be treated well whether they’re spending 50 or 5,000 dollars. I seem to have been profiled this morning. Such a shame. Hoping the store focuses on better customer service moving forward for their own benefit.
