My agent karen is such a sweet lady and they take good care of you here. They take their time and explain stuff to people who need a little extra explaining, like my self.

I spent nearly two hours trying to get car insurance from these people. The woman who helped me didn’t know how to use a computer, she didn’t even COMPARE RATES. She just chose the only one she could figure out. I know this because I could see her screen clearly. She only found one company’s rate and just picked it. She kept adding coverage I didn’t want. Finally, after she spent an hour and a half trying to navigate the insurance portal, and after I kept explaining I only wanted basic coverage, she printed out a quote document and told me to sign it. I was confused, and asked where the actual policy was (it looked like a quote) and she assured me that’s all there was. I didn’t really agree, but I was so annoyed I let her stamp me and I went to the RMV to register the car. Later that day, I called the insurance company directly, because I had a feeling she didn’t actually sign me up (though she said she had). When I called, they agreed she hadn’t, it was only a quote. I did not have an active policy. I told them to cancel it, and they said there was nothing to cancel since she didn’t really do it. That means I was driving my registered vehicle accidentally (because of her negligence) UNINSURED for most of the day. I was so mad I went down the street to McCalfee insurance. They were great. In less than 15 minutes (ROGER GREY HAD TAKEN ALMOST TWO HOURS) Isabella got me the EXACT same coverage the roger grey woman had quoted for $1250 for $624. Literally the same coverage for HALF THE PRICE. Because they COMPARED RATES because that is their ACTUAL JOB. I paid for it in the office and was all set in a fraction of the time. Before I got to the parking lot I had the insurance company’s confirmation email. DO NOT GO TO ROGER GRAY. The woman couldn’t use the the computer and didn’t know how to get me a good rate. At one point, I HELPED HER NAVIGATE HER OWN INSURANCE PORTAL and she had to call tech support twice because she made typos that made the program error out. It was insane. She was very nice, but completely badly trained on the program and on just being an insurance agent. Go to McCalfee and save yourself time and protect yourself from incompetence.

You are receptive, prompt and patient.. The ambiance is soothing and the staff is nice.

Karen is quick to reply to any request or question via e-mail, and is also fast to respond over the phone. She always has a good solution, and is able to help me with any insurance questions.

Anytime I have ever had questions or issues, Ann and Rogers & Gray have always been attentive, quick to respond, and been great to deal with
