The 2 plumbing technicians from The Neighborhood Plumber were very professional, reliable and courteous. I am more than pleased with their service. They exceeded my expectations in the manner in which they approached the job with a solution-based mindset and resolute demeanor to ensure the work was completed with the utmost quality. As an example, they told me that in order to fully complete the job as required, they needed to access an additional piece of hardware to appropriately complete the job that was even satisfactory to their expectations.You don't experience that everyday. Especially when they care as much about the project as I do. I highly recommend them.

I would recommend this company to anyone! I put a call in on a Sunday night and they were at my house bright and early the next morning and it didn't take anytime at all for the problem to be diagnosed and fixed. Maybe I shouldn't mention names but William Jefferson did a great job and the cost was minimal compared to what it could have been. From here-on-out, if I have a job that requires a plumber I'll definitely know who to call (The Neighborhood Plumber).

This is an amazing plumber!! After 5 years of living in this house, suddenly I had pans collecting water under the kitchen sink. I did some research and reached out to Ben at the neighborhood plumber. That was a lucky day for me! Ben was so knowledgeable and proficient! He walked into my house and took over the situation with complete confidence. He knew exactly what to do and effortlessly replaced my kitchen faucet. I was really impressed with his knowledge, expertise and how easily and quickly he did the work. I would recommend him to anyone! He did an amazing job!

Called to schedule a gas line install for a kitchen remodel... Very willing to accommodate changing scheduled due to other trades. Job completed to perfection. Evan did an awesome job. He even walked the job with me to show me exactly what he was going to do and then verified it with me after it was completed. Don't risk your plumbing needs to any other company... These guys are the best.

Evan did a great job! Our water heater busted right before Christmas so they got a tech out as soon as possible (same morning we called) and he came out and installed the new water heater same day. Gave some good advice on some other parts of our basement that needed help in the future as well. Super thankful for the fast & speedy service.
