The WORST Kay jewelers I have ever been in. Went in to purchase a Christmas gift for my girlfriend and waited for 30+ minutes for someone while their were only 2 other people in the store and 3 employees working (note they all saw and acknowledged me). Then when one employee decided to help out she helped the person that walked in the door as soon as she got done. Unacceptable. I would save your time and go elsewhere would rate 0 stars if I could. Not first encounter with something like this at this store either waited an eternity to buy a neckless and got skipped then too! Also this store doesn’t carry the selection that even a typical mall store does even though it’s physically bigger!

They appeared to me! Weren't interested in servicing minorities! Completely ignored me, had been in the store awhile with not even a simple hello. My guess is someone would've torn themselves away from their engrossed convos with the white customers had they been aware that one of the counter display earring cases I was browsing was unlocked...

Very disappointed, spoke to a lady on Saturday to set up an appointment for 8/9. Well, we drove almost 35 mins just to turn around due to a sign saying close for cleaning. Why couldn’t I get a phone call ? Where’s the customer service at ?

Actual fraudsters. Claim that you will get discounts to use after you make your purchase but gloss over T&C to upsell. They'll do anything to get you to buy. Use 5-star online stores like bluenile instead. Kay is known for being scammy. Also, they don't use any reputable measurements for their diamonds. Look into it.
