We contracted with A New Day Construction to have a new roof done. We had gotten several quotes from other highly recommended companies. A New Day gave us a comparable price, even saved us a little bit, scheduled the job quickly, and knocked it out in a day. The entire job is exactly what we wanted, and it looks great. We just had a new tile backsplash installed in the kitchen and interior painting done by A New Day Construction. The work was exceptional. They painted our kitchen den/living area as well as the trim and the ceiling, the price was fair and we couldn’t be more pleased. If you need to have any work done, give Jerry a call! I hired A New Day Construction a few months back to replace the roof on my father in laws house. They came out inspected the damage they saw and gave me an very fair quote cheaper than any one else. They showed up on our agreed on date and time and went straight to work. Found some severe damage that could not be seen during inspection and brought it to my attention we agreed on the adjusted materials needed.nThese guys were very professional and respectful. They finished the job in less than 2 days and even deducted the price of materials that they didn't need to use. They left the property completely clean looking like it did before they showed up.nI would highly recommend them to anyone needing a remodel or fix of any kind.

Owner never came by to check quality of work even after several calls expressing concern, forcing us to be both quality control and essentially the general contractor. Quality of work was good at times, very poor others. Damaged some of our woodwork cleaning off paint splatters from areas that were never properly taped. One of the guys dumped a LOT of spackle/plaster/drywall mud down our drains and into our septic system. Owner tried to say it wasn’t them until we sent photos. Owner doesn’t care. After he bids and collects money, you’ll never see him again.

ANDC cut out a damaged fiberglas shower stall and replaced it with tile. A seat was added and the shower was slightly enlarged. Complications were discovered in the original construction and corrected. The cost over run was reasonable. Jerry and the employees were very responsive to questions and enquiries.
