Place does a great job, good pricing. My only complaint is when busy the attendants need to add a little more distance between different size vehicles. Owner should do a dry run with two F150 quad cab trucks, and full size sedan, then watch them go through. Near the end they will tap each other's bumper when the sedan is between the trucks.

W4 Express Car Wash was good. It is in a convenient location. An attendant helped us get the wash we wanted. All mechanical devices functioned well. We washed and vacuumed the car. It looks great.

I have had a membership her for a few months and I have had many times where I go through and it sprays soap on my car and just stops doesn’t rise tire shine nothing!!! I’m tired of having to find an employee to tell and drive back through. It just opened how’s it always broken and messing up. Furthermore I go in tell them I want to cancel and they like okay don’t ask why nothing. I just paid my membership 2 days ago so I asked if I was going to be refunded and they said well I will speak to the manager if she’s able to refund it then it will go back to your card if not then it won’t. Okay I will just dispute with my bank and not even wait on your poor customer service!! Employee responds okay then. They were to busy going through someone’s wallet and the system to try and locate instead of helping a customer standing in front of them!! They couldn’t care less about their customers. They know it’s broke and doesn’t rinse yet they don’t care!! Don’t recommend at all. If it’s not broken than your waiting 10-15 minutes just to get a wash!! Half the vacuums are always stopped up too.

Joined when they first opened been a great place to clean my vehicle just hope they stay up on the maintenance of the wash bay and change out equipment regularly to keep it doing a good washing instead of like all the others do after the new opening of the location wears off ud83eudd1e
