In the terms and conditions that you will never get a physical copy of, the prices are subject to change without notice. (Customer service stated). This company can only do autopay from your bank account by the way. My car has been in the dealership for over a month. Once I seen this charge, I called the same day. The “without notice” part was giving me robbery vibes so I canceled the membership solely because I would like to be notified prior from them stealing money from my account. No company should have power of the money in your account without notifying the customer. The teenagers who used to work there had horrible attitudes. One even yelled at me. Since this situation happened, I know now where they got their attitude. They got it from customer service. I explained to Kiesha the supervisor, that I want a refund for this month because I no longer have a car. She said “you had a chance to cancel it prior to us charging your card” then she proceeded to ask repeatedly if I could get another car to use for a month. Well if it was that easy, I wouldn’t be car-less. So now, they stole money without notifying me and also refuse to give a refund to a car-less person. Would not recommend this place!

Bought $13 carwash and it looked like the whole front end was missed! Told guy out front that my car wasnt washed as well as I expected, he let me run through wash again! Second time did great! Not sure what happened, but they made it right! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I will definitely come back!

Terrible experience at this winder location. I had to cancel my membership with them. I went in for a wash like usual and got my trunk spoiler broken. I filed a report soon after i got out the wash. I go the next day to speak to the manager regarding the damage their wash did to my trunk spoiler and they didnt want to pay and kept telling me my trunk spoiler was already lose when indeed i know it was not. So it was his word against mine. He then proceeds to show me video to tell me other wise, which proved nothing because he could never pull the video clip of when i was existing the wash. So i ended having a $300 worth of damage to my car. The only thing he kept saying was things happen, And they had nothing to do with it.
