A beautiful place to worship God
I received my CD's. However, not when promised. It took more than 2 weeks to receive it. The really downfall is they are really hard to get in contact with. I had to actually write to the pastor himself, which I normally don't really like to do, but being I'm not to far for them that was one of my steps, before having to drive there myself. I would actually try to call to order, before purchasing to ensure you get a name, date and time for the order. I'll be safe to say there was some kind of miscommunication between there website, and the order. I wouldn't think anyone who claims the name of God would actually play with his name in vane. Therefore, they are forgiven on my part. I even got a free CD I didn't order. However, without that I would have forgiven, and left it to God, but just for sending what I ordered, and coming through I can say Thank You!. With so many crooks out there, one would hate to see, some one playing with God, but they are legit....Better late than never!
I have been buying from Vida Nueva store for years and always have a good experience.
Very upsetting that this business still has my order pending since 11/20/16 and today is 12/10/16. I tried sending emails and no one has contacted me yet. I haven't received anything. I reported them to BBB and will report them to Federal Agencies. This business is phony or the owner has no clue on how to run a business. I will give 0(zero) but is not allowing me.
All I can say is that I’m totally disappointed. I placed my order back in February 5 . I wanted to give the CD’s as a Valentine’s present to my husband haha! Haven’t received them to this day March 17 . My guess is that this people stole my money . I have tried to contact them, left several messages and never getting a response. (My bad)nNext time I’ll read the reviews before I order anything.
