After our experience with Cheryl at Travel Specialist we won't ever travel abroad without her assistance! Cheryl is calm, patient, trustworthy, reliable and there when you need her! We recently planned a two week vacation in Europe, one week in Lisbon and one week in Florence along with our daughter who is currently studying in Florence. The challenge was coordinating our flight itinerary from Boston with our daughter's itinerary to Portugal and return to Florence. Cheryl was so helpful in making it happen for the best price. All was perfect until we realized there was an airstrike warning on our last day in Portugal which affected our flights into Florence the following morning. As soon as we contacted Cheryl she inquired to get answers and come up with an alternative plan. Cheryl, along with our daughter, spent hours going back and forth before coming up with a solution which involved changing airlines and catching a train rather than plane from Rome into Florence. Cheryl didn't leave us hanging, she stuck with us until we had a plan that worked. We are ever so grateful for her (friendly) service, Cheryl is worth her weight in gold! It is without hesitation that we highly recommend this kind, caring and hard working person to anyone making travel plans! She's a pro at what she does! Thank you Cheryl !!

I want to start off by saying that this review is so long overdo, especially when one considers that I have been doing business with Travel Specialists for 5 years now. From day one, I was very impressed to see how professional, caring, knowledgeable and helpful Cheryl of Travel Specialists was with everything that I presented to her regarding the travel plans that I would draw up for my groups. Nothing was ever too much for her, and she was always so kind, patient, and she never made you feel rushed, no matter how busy she could be. She always gives you her undivided attention. Her expertise in the travel business is truly unbeatable, and her customers' best interest has ALWAYS been first and foremost to her. I've seen and heard this from others time and time again.nCheryl always goes over and beyond to make sure that her customers are taken cared of, from the beginning to the end of their trips, and this is such a huge comfort and security for anybody that has to travel. To have someone like her that you can depend and count on, especially when you are the leader of a group going overseas, is absolutely HUGE!!!nnI could go on and on about the service that one receives at Travel Specialists, but it would take too long. All I can say is that I feel very fortunate and blessed to have Cheryl on my team when I am planning my trips. She is such a wonderful and trustworthy person, and I feel so fortunate to have found her. Thank you so much, Cheryl, for all you do for us! My husband, Wayne, and I have been clients of Travel Specialist since it’s inception! Cheryl has taken care of us in a professional yet friendly and caring manner. We consider her our family! Most recently we were on a vacation during which we had a dire family emergency. Cheryl was right there for us. She took care of cancellations, financial compensation etc. We were on a red-eye flight back immediately with no concerns other than mom.
