If I could have put a zero I would have. I purchased several items from this store and they were to put iron-ons on two sweatshirts. The first one looked really brown but the girl assured me it would fade away that it was just hot. She folded it up and did the next one. Well the first one never did return to its natural color and it looks burnt. This was a gift. To make matters worse, I can't even get anyone to answer the phone to talk to them about it. I WILL NEVER SHOP IN THIS STORE AND DO NOT RECCOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.
