My husband and I just moved here and we absolutely love it here. Everyone here are so nice and friendly. They speak and welcomed us in the neighborhood. Pet friendly and don't forget the beautiful view of the bay. They are currently redoing the club house with lots of upgrades. Hoping to get to the pool and hot tub this weekend weather permitting.

I have owned a home here for 12 years but have lived here full time for five years. This park sits right on Old Tamoa Bay. Beautiful sunrises, gorgeous moonrises, and vibrant orange sunsets reflecting on the Bayside Bridge. Bayside Waters is a great place to live; lovely park, beautiful views, and very nice residents. There's a pool, a hot tub, and shuffleboard courts all kept up nicely. Three new pool tables in the clubhouse and a second clubhouse with a full industrial kitchen. As of today park management is in the process of remodeling both clubhouses including the kitchen and updating all public landscaping. Bayside Waters is a great and upscale place to live.

Myself and my boyfriend went and surprised his mom for her birthday and it was my first time there and I loved it , very clean and everyone was so friendly and nice
