We had the co send a crew to unload furniture and boxes. This was the worst moving experience of our 3 moves in 2020. The crew did not have a dolly; was highly unprofessional. They literally sauntered around and said that the two hors was an estimate and could take longer. One guy actually just carried one sleeping bag in. There were also additional surprise charges. Will never use them again. Although I informed the co of the poor experience, the co never bothered to follow up.
Helped my friend unpack was shocked on how many items were broken some boxes had no wrapping. My friend lost family heirlooms that can't be replaced.
I had a great crew, Allen, Tyrone and I’ll call him “flash” because before I knew it he had cleared all of my boxes out of the house. Very considerate of my property, helped pack odd sized things and all with a smile. Seriously. I would recommend them to anyone. This is my second time using Magnum. The office staff and Dawn O’Neil were professional and patient. Thanks Everyone.

The boys from Magnum showed up onsite when were moving some large AC units. In my opinion, I have never been so impressed by a company in the way they do business. A first class operation and the nicest guys you could ever have work for you.
